Since its inception in 1993, Singita has been an emblem of environmentally-conscious hospitality and community empowerment. With 16 luxury safari lodges and camps throughout southern Africa, Singita offers guests restorative sanctuaries and unique bush encounters in a harmonious blend of luxury and nature.
The Challenge
Singita was looking to enrich their immersive safari experiences with music that would deepen guests' connection with nature and culture. They also wanted to unify their brand with a cohesive, on-brand vibe across all properties.

At Bespoke Sound, we undertook the challenge to create a truly exceptional soundtrack for Singita, with our hands-on, high-touch approach to music curation and atmosphere design.
The process began with in-depth research into Singita’s history, values, guests, and the unique landscapes surrounding each lodge.
Bespoke Sound then painted a comprehensive picture of the Singita brand in context, including its unique attributes, experiential goals, and key narratives.
Next, our team connected with local DJs, record labels and artists in the areas in which Singita operates, incorporating their knowledge of artists and musical styles from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Results: Elevating the Singita Journey
The soundtrack blends diverse musical styles, including regional genres, pan-African, and international music, to create a vibrant, elevated atmosphere across each property. The music also spans ambient nature-inspired soundscapes, gentle acoustic melodies that evoke awe and reflection, and rhythm-forward instrumental music that celebrates the energy and vitality of Africa's wild landscapes.
